Pricing & Taxes
 
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable sales tax. Sales tax is collected on orders shipped within California.

Shipping & Delivery
 
Shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed prior to checkout or invoiced separately. All artworks are professionally packed and insured for their full value during transit.
 
Please allow 5–10 business days for artwork to be prepared for shipment. Framed works may require additional lead time. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Framing
​
Framing is available on select works and quoted on request. Framed artworks are considered custom orders and may not be canceled or returned once production has begun.

Damage in Transit
 
If your order arrives damaged, you must:

• Retain all original packaging

• Take clear photos of the damage and packaging

• Notify us at info@thefranchouse.com within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement (if available), or full refund.
 

Returns & Cancellations
​
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the work arrives damaged. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a restocking or handling fee, especially for framed or made-to-order items.
 

Copyright & Use
​
The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artist retains all intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to photograph and publish sold works for promotional and archival purposes.

Force Majeure
​
Franc House is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply disruptions, or carrier delays.
 

Site Content

All content on this site, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Franc House or its artists and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
​
Franc House’s liability for any claim relating to the purchase of artwork is limited to the amount paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
